I am having trouble... I click on the library button but NOTHING pops up to go into the library as shown in the help video. Can anyone help? or do I need to contact tech support because I have a defective Home Designer:confused:

This is not a defective product simply a result of a setting. It would help if we knew which product you are using. It might be simpler to call technical support so we can walk through fixing this.
Click the Library tab in the menu bar and select Refresh Library Browser.
