Can't Make Interior Room
I'm working on trying to create some interior rooms. I'm using a pole structure and have the exterior walls done, and did some interior rooms using the railing feature, that connect to the exterior walls. I started to create interior rooms, and the first problem was that even though the interior rooms are shorter than the rest of the structure (108" versus 180"), it's running the walls all the way through the attic. If I go to the attic layer to delete them or make them invisible, it doesn't work. So next problem is that now I cannot create ANY interior rooms at all, using the interior wall button, or even trying to copy some of the walls I've already established. It puts the walls in, but when I click to define the room, it clicks on the whole interior of the structure and doesn't give me a new, separate room. I tried closing the plan and not saving the changes, and I still can't do it.
VERY frustrated at this new development, and I have no idea what's going on. Anyone know why all of a sudden I wouldn't be able to create a simple room inside a structure?
Thanks!

It is quite frustrating to use this software when its defaults are not set properly (if you want 180" ceilings then you should set that FIRST in "Edit - Default Settings - Floor - Ceiling Height").
The software can be counted upon to follow its default settings and little else.

PS: the above may or may not be useful (if totally true), you might have some settings in walls that are causing trouble, it is hard to know just from what you have written exactly what is out that should be in or in that should be out. Send me a copy of your .plan file and then I could look and know for sure.
