Why is this happening when opening a plan?

When I open up a plan, the floor seems to be "floating" In the first picture, you can also see that the stairs appear to have extremely large risers as well. When I open the specification box, then close it again, the stairs appear normal again. On the second picture, you can see that the second floor is missing a floor. All the rooms on that floor are like this but this is the hallway. When I open room specification, i change it to "open below", close it then re-open it and change it back to "hall" then it goes back to normal. I have also included the second floor in dollhouse view for you to look at. This has been happening with every AHD plan I've made. But when I open the plan in Interior designer, it does not do this. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what is going on, never seen anything like it, but it does look like you may want to double check that you have the correct Floor and Ceiling Heights set.
