dimensions confusion

New to HomeDesigner

Problem is that dimensions appear not to add up correctly.

Dimensions defaults set to interior wall surface.

Top interior dimensions add up to 39'4" plus two walls

Bottom interior dimensions add up to 39'3" plus two walls

Discrepancy of 1"

Requirement if for 15'11" dimension to be 16'0"

Using Home Designer Suite 8.0 build 8.4.1.8

sounds like there is no drywall on those walls. or the wall coverings are something other than drywall.

Do you have 1/16" checked in your dimension defaults?
If not numbers get rounded off..

Thanks for help. Zoomed in and moved wall sightly and after several attempts got it to work and dimensions as required.
