How do you get a "popcorn" finish for ceilings

Hi,

I am wondering how you select the ubiquitous "popcorn" texture to ceilings? I can't find it in the library. Its pretty common here in East Tennessee (even though I hate it).

You can copy this image and import it as a "New Material" into your Library Browser provided your software has that ability (not all Home Designer titles can import new materials I think).
What do you have?

I took the liberty of absconding with the Chief Talk posters offering as an importable image. We hate it pretty good in Texas as well (Chief Inc must hate it too since they don't offer it in their library but they are in Idaho, maybe its against the law there or something?)

I know a builder who refuses to use it on any home he builds...lol All the newer homes in Indiana that i have been through have Spanish Lace ceilings!
