me thinks someone was having trouble with his circular cupola :) bet you couldn't do it if you had to .....

I also got that strange looking roof when I tried to do a round cupola. I just wish I could remember what my settings were when it happened, so I could replicate it!
Rich did succeed with the round cupola, and then posted it on the cupola thread.
Yep I did the round Cupola with the circular walls but I didn't get that effect, so not sure what happened...

I believe at that point I was having a little problem with establishing
the proper height for the cupola walls and roof. It was one of those
deals where I had everything looking pretty good and decided to try
one more little tweak and then everything went horribly wrong.
