How can I draw an exisiting structure that I have to build next to, and connect to, but but not have any material show up on the material list
when it is generated for the new addtion?
You build the entire structure (existing and addition) Make a copy of that plan and then take the copy and delete the existing structure so that only the addition remains, then do a materials list of just the addition.
The materials list measures what is in the model or plan file and NOTHING else, it also measures how accurate you model your plan file. (it will only be as accurate as you make it)
