Curved driveway or sidewalk

Is there a handy way to create a curved driveway or sidwalk? I can "cheat" a bit and use a pond or kidney garden bed but they are note really too great.

If you place a normal driveway, you can make it curved. Select the side of the driveway and you will notice a button called "Change Line/Arc".
