exterior framing dimensions

In HD Pro 6 is it possible to show and print framing dimensions after the exterior walls are applied? I have only been able to find that by changing finished exterior walls to frame walls can I get an exterior framing dimension layout.

Open your dimension defaults and on the locate tab set the default to locate main layer surfaces. This should give you exterior framing dimensions if your main layer in your walls is set to the framing layer.
