Round terrain feature is not perfectly circular

BTW, what are you trying to make that needs a perfect circle?

Maybe a Geometric Shape - a cylinder - would work just as well?
Not that great an idea - I noticed that even the ones
that are supposed to be round are actually polygonal.
Might not matter if it's not too large?

This assumes you're on flat terrain. If it's sloped and you need
the object to follow the slope, then of course you need a terrain feature.

As usual David's suggestion looks like the best way to go...
