Window and Door Schedule

As I understand it, only Chief Architect automatically generates window/door schedules and HomeDesigner Pro 8 does not.

Is there a way to create a window/door schedule in HDPro8?

Any suggestions for the door and window schedule?

Create your own using text is probably your only option, and a lot more work, other than to upgrade.

Import them in a spread sheet format. Its extra work but gets them in the plan as a pic.

Dean, would you please clarify the process you're describing? Import what into a spreadsheet? I assume you mean exporting a graphic image of the doors and windows into an Excel spreadsheet. If so, how exactly would one go about doing that.

I think he means to create your own schedule in an outside program, such as Excel, and then copy and paste it in to Home Designer.

Without upgrading to Chief Premier, sorry to say you have to manually enter the data under the the labels you assign in the top row of the spread sheet
