There was a problem that was fixed in the latest updates that caused cabinets placed from libraries to have the door symbol replaced when you used undo and redo in a render view. This is resolved by obtaining the latest update to the software but you will have to replace the cabinets in order to resolve the corruption.

I would verify you have the latest update and try deleting cabinets to see if these items go away. To get the latest update select help> download program updates.
