How do I do a foundation of only 4'6"

Hi,

Hi have hd 8 pro.

How can I do my basement with a foundation in soil of only 4'6" (cement) with the rest of the basement wall in wood so I get 9' of basement. Then I would like to have my main floor wiith 9' walls.

Under default…walls ….set pony wall lower wall height to 54”

Use room dialog box to set ceiling height.
