Locked Icon

I just had to reload Home Designer Suite 8.0 (my old computer crashed). I'm noticing that my folders all haaavelocked icon, but they don't seem to be locked. Can anyone inform me what that means? I can't find it in the manual.

You mean the locked items in the Library Browser? My Help menu shows on these that:

Most libraries in the Library Browser are locked and cannot be deleted, moved, renamed, or modified. User-created libraries and library objects, however, can be moved, copied, deleted, and renamed.
