Cathedral or vaulted ceiling

With the interior designer program, how do I create a cathedral or vaulted ceiling. It says to use the structure tab of the room specification dialog. However, the only options that it gives is roof over or ceiling over room. The end. Help!

Uncheck ceiling over room.
