Can't place my own picture into a frame.

I am able to import my picture into the library but when I go to add it to the frame, just a solid color appears in the frame. How do I get my picture to show and not just a solid color? This is Home Designer 8.0

Take a normal camera view, textures don't display in a Cross Section/Elevation view, so you'll only get the color.
