Different materials above and below chair rail
I am trying to add painted wainscotting below the chair rail and a different color of paint above the chair rail in Pro 9.0. I can see it being done in the "interior walls" video, but do not have the "wall covering" tab in the room specification dialogue in 9.0. Searching for "wall covering" in the help section gets me nowhere. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

Since Suite doesn't have the Wall Covering tool, your best option will be to use Doug's earlier suggestion of using thin Soffits instead.
