foundation above ground level
I have read the foundation section of my manual and still can not figure out how to build a 3 or 4 ft foundation above ground. I have pro 8. I have tried changing all the wall-stem wall heights but they are being built below ground level.
thanks for any ideas,
bill

You set the foundation to the depth that would allow for the amount reveal you want;
Then you adjust the height of the terrain plane;
you do that in the "Terrain Specification" dialog - uncheck "Auto Calculate Elevation";
a positive value entry lowers the terrain plane, a negative input value raises it relative to the house model.

That took me a long time to figure out in HDS..Thought it might not have terrain tools.Allen Colburn Jr.
