    Question windows 7 and home designer 7.0?

    I am trying to install home designer 7 onto my laptop running windows 7. After installing it, it tells me I need to be logged in as an admin to register it. I am already logged in as an admin. Has anyone heard of this issue before and know how to resolve it?
