Move Object Using Dimension

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is any way to disable "Move Object Using Dimension"

other than

”If the Move Object Using Dimension
dialog is appearing when you are trying
to edit another object using edit handles, hold
down the Shift key to prevent the dimension
line from being clicked.”

It is difficult to edit when I am already using the "control" key at the same time.

The "Move Object Using Dimension
dialog" constantly pops up.

I believe you can also turn off the display of temporary dimensions which should prevent the Move Object Using Dimension dialog from coming up.
