Changing exterior wall materials

Sorry for the newbie question...

Is there a 'simple' way to change the exterial wall material for all the walls in my design? I'd like to have a stone exterior, but have built my design using the Brick-6 walls.

I can change each and every exterior wall and change the material, but I was hoping that there's a way to do it globally (or select all the exterior walls and change them all at once). I was able to select all the exterior walls, but I don't have the 'Open Object' options with more than 1 wall selected.

One way you can do it, possibly, is to take a 3D camera view of the exterior. Then click on the building to highlight the exterior surface, open its dialog, and change the material by choosing a new one from the Library just like for any other object.
