creating retaining walls using Interior Designer 7?

can someone explain exactly how to create a retaining wall for the exterior asap. thanks for your time.

Interior Designer won't have any tools for creating outdoor stuff like the terrain tools. If you need to be able to design exteriors as well, then it's time for an upgrade!
