Elevated Ceiling with Exposed Beams

Hi there,
How do I slope the ceiling in my kitchen so the exterior wall is lower and slopes higher towards the opposite interior wall? I also need to place exposed beams. I have placed soffits here but not sure if they will work with a sloped ceiling?

Only Architectural Home Designer or Home Designer Pro allow you to slope soffits.

You might be able to create an object like what you want in SketchUp though, and import it.
