Rear Cabinet Doors
How to put doors on the rear of an upper cabinet, I can't see an option on Pro 9.0

You can't make one in HD Pro 9 but you can use one if it's in the library. This library file has a wall cabinet with a back in it.
Download the attached file.
Unzip it.
Run HD Pro 9.
Use the Library->Import Library tool to import the calibz file.

You can also build two cabinets, one for each side, but each being half the depth of the otherwise single cabinet with two doors.
