Here is an example of a barrel roof and ceiling integrated into a shed roof porch. Accomplishing this task is not trivial, takes patience and attention to detail, and utilizes somewhat advanced modeling techniques. The barrel roof comes from the dormer tool, and the barrel ceiling was made quickly in SketchUp. Beyond that, if you're familiar with the manual roof and polyline tools you can accomplish the same or similar.

I'm not showing off, but rather showing that if you have perseverance, practice, and knowledge, you can create a barrel roof ceiling in a front porch using the tools of Pro and SketchUp. I spent perhaps an hour or two making this simple mock up.
