Outdoor water spigot / faucet - where in library?

Does one exist in the library? (I could swear I've seen it, but now I cannot locate one no matter what search words I use.)

I'm talking about the outdoor spigot/faucet that you connect a garden hose to.

If none exists, how would the location of this normally be shown on blueprints?

Also, I will need to have one installed at a location that has 12" concrete block. Grade is about 45" high there, so it will end up coming through the wall at an unusual height in order to end up approximately to the "code" height afterwards. I am assuming that I need to explain that on the plans.

(Hose Bib, Hose Bib (no kink), Hose Bib (standard).

I would have never thought of that term.
