Strange Line/Cut Above or Below Windows?

Hi everyone,

I own Home Designer Suite 10 and while trying to insert a group of windows together, sometimes (not all the time), a strange line or wall cut appears above or below a window depending on its location. Is this just a graphic problem or is there something strange going on in the program? I ran Suite 10 on my old laptop and this problem never occurred.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
