Framing Materials for Pro 8?

When I used Pro 7 and 8 for my last house plan (which I'm now living in) I know I successfully used the materials list. When I run it now for my stepson's house that I'm doing, the wall framing materials consists of a few window headers and nothing else? I remember having to condense the long list of various size lumber when I used this several years ago. Anyone have suggestions as to why all my wall materials is not on the list? All other areas of materials appear complete.

P.S. I've been able to use Pro 8 in windows 7 by right clicking on the desktop software icon and under properties - compatibility, checking off to disable the bottom 3 boxes. That turns off some of the windows 7 features that was preventing me from making changes in 3d.
