Insert 'Standard Built-in Microwave Oven'

The 'Standard Built-in Microwave Oven' inserts into a cabinet (base or full height) at the floor level. I can't get it to insert at counter height in either type of cabinet. Help! I can;t imagine trying to use a microwave oven setting on the toe kick.

I have had this problem with HD Arch. 10 and now with HD Pro 2012.

Place the applaince, then use the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons in the cabinet dialog while the appliance is selected.
