"The library has an invalid version number and can not be read"

I'm having trouble downloading the extra 2012 library catalogues.
I have downloaded the ones from Viking, Elkay, Zodiaq, Dal tile and Corian in the past.
I've been trying to load a couple more this week and keep getting this error message

"The library "C:\Users\Karen\AppData\Local\Temp\calFE24.tmp " has an invalid version
number and can not be read. Changes made to the library will not be saved during
this session."


Not sure why this is happening....

You can't load bonus content designed for the 2012 software programs in the earlier v10.

Use the content for v10 instead - http://www.homedesignersoftware.com/...ersion-10.html

That means I can't get the Therma-Tru catalogue I was trying to download, but I least I know why it's not working.....
