Ceiling height higher than wanted
I'm a novice and I made the lower floor at an 11'-0 height to have room for HVAC and such then showed the ceiling as normal. However the veiw shows the ceiling at the 11'-0 height with the crown molding at 96"? Everything I tried seems to adjust the floor above. See attached.

Open the room dbx (double click anywhere on the floor) and go to the molding tab. Select your crown molding from the dropdown and adjust "From Floor" setting.
