missing toolbars

I just upgraded to Pro 2012. I only have the row of toolbars at the top file, edit.build, terrain etc . the 2 below that are missing . Where do i find them?

Go to:

Tools

then

as shown in the attached image then left-click on "Customize Toolbars"

Then

Select "Default Configuration"

Then left-click on "Switch to"

That should do it, if not go to the Toolbars tab and select Reset Toolbars, and if no joy then call Tech Support on Monday.
