Putting a patio under my deck ?

On my main floor level I created a large deck across the back of the house. One side of that deck features an octogan shaped screened porch and roof. The rest of the deck is open. This house has a walk-out basement below.
How do I create a patio under the deck - same size and shape?

Use invisble walls to create the Room and assign the room type as "Court" or "Slab" and set the floor material as needed.

You also use the "Reference Display" to make sure your walls (invisible or invisible) line up with the walls above.
