    similar elevation at first floor level where the window

    My rooms at first floor height have what we call a coom formed by the roof joists coming down onto a lower external wall. The ceiling joists to these rooms is therefore higher up on the roof joist. When I specify a lower wall the windows project but the wall doesn't fill in.
    How can I create a lower external wall (with gable roof over windows)?

    In the attached photo, I am trying to create a similar elevation at first floor level where the window on the right have a lower gable roof above them with the external wall at a lower height.

    Hope this makes sense! If not I'll hand draw a picture!

    I'm pretty sure that you can model what you want in HD Pro but I really can't tell from your description what it is you are trying to do. Maybe you could post a picture of what it is you want, or maybe even a picture of what you have now and how you would like it different.
