Pony Walls?

I am a brand new user of CA. Can anyone tell me how I can have an exterior wall with stone to 18" above the floor and siding above?

Based on the Comparison Matrix, it doesn't look like the Suite version of the program has the Pony Wall tool, so your best option will probably be to use something like a resized Soffit or Closed box shape from the Library Browser with a stone material applied to create a similar effect, unless you want to upgrade.
