    Cursor Question

Finally got Home Designer 2012 installed. I'm perplexed as to how to change the cursor style. I've always used the arrow but in this version it has a long horizontal and vertical line across the drawing screen. I'm not sure how to change this.

    Any advice anyone?

    Kind regards,

    Lisa,
The crosshairs are a feature of CAD type programs and allow the user to align where the cursor is in relation to other lines or objects in the drawing fairly quickly. You can turn them off if desired (I like them on, but then again, I also use various AutoCAD products so I just don't notice them as much). Look in Preferences -> Edit -> Crosshairs for the option to enable/disable or to change their size and color.

    Hope this helps.
