Exterior Trim Boards

How do I add over sizes Trim boards on the gable end of an exterior wall? (Like you would see in most Greek Revival architecture). I am using Pro 2010. I tried using the soffet tool but it does not allow me to rotate it to match the angle of the gable roof. Please help!!

You might want to check out this earlier thread which I think shows an example of what you are describing (it's also known as frieze).
