    Pitch Change

Hello I have drawn my roof manually and am trying to change my pitch over the porch to a 3 12 pitch. I am using pro 2012. I am also having trouble on the back side of the garage I am trying to create a 2 12 roof pitch. You can see what my problem is in my pictures. I'm sure there is an easy way to do this, but I'm having trouble finding out how. Thanks

You need to create more than one roof plane if you want more than one pitch - or in your case, if you want a break in the pitch.

As for the garage, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. If you have the correct pitch, but you want the roof plane to match at the ridge of the opposite roof plane, thus you want the 2/12 plane at higher elevation, then you'll need to open that plane's specification dialog, select the radio button to lock the pitch, and then enter the elevation for the ridge in the corresponding input box.

    Hope this helps.
