Pony Wall tools are available, natively in Architectural and in Home Designer Pro (a pony-wall as defined in Chief Inc Software is made of two different wall types, stacked, one on the other).

So in Suite, Interiors, Essentials and Lawn and Deck Designer you would use soffits (found under cabinet tools) to create shaped soffits as overlays of the exterior walls set to a material of your choice.

Pony-walls are a more elegant solution but requires you spend a little more money for the privilege of that ease in terms of software, soffit application works, takes more steps and a few more clicks, it is your choice to make.
