Your video card is unable to provide optimum 3D performance

To my surprise, I wasn't able to find this error in the troubleshooting database neither on the forum.
    So here is my problem:
I have an ati radeon X1950 pro which supports opengl 2.1.
I have the latest drivers installed.
I am using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
Here is the detailed error message:

    "C:\p4sync\dev\releases\14\chief\source\oglproc.cpp (965): Warning #272016032
"Your video card is unable to provide optimum 3D performance. Image quality will be reduced. Image quality can be permanently reduced by turning off the "Use Enhanced Lighting" option in the Render Quality section of the Default Settings dialog box."
    9/2/2012 12:54:26 PM
    Build: 11.3.1.6x32

    "

I have tested the opengl 2.1 and I am getting very good results with games and benchmarks softwares.

I've open a support ticket for this but didn't get an anwser yet.
Is there an update for this?
    Thank you in advance.

If you're already running with the latest drivers, there must be something else your video card isn't able to handle that Home Designer needs other than just the OpenGL version.

Sounds like you've already sent in a ticket to the company's Support folks, and they're going to be your best resource for this kind of warning.

I have the exact same video card, and I'm getting the exact same error. Only difference is I'm using Windows 7 32-bit. I would have thought the Radeon X1950 would handle this software well.

I got a new card, GeForce GTX560. The error is gone and I can see much more detail in camera views.
