Cannot delete object

I created a deck with piers at some point in my project. The only time I can see them is when I'm in a 3D view. I'd like to delete it but can't select it in the 3D view. I don't see it at all in the plan view.
Can someone give me a nudge on how to select it and remove it?

Tell me exactly which Home Designer 9 title you have, send me the plan and I will then delete the objects for you (provided I can clearly see which objects are unwanted).

Otherwise, make sure all layers are turned on in the "Display Objects" dialog for plan view and then delete.

Sometimes in older titles when you create a deck and auto-frame it then remove the deck, some objects get left over - I can easily fix it in Chief Premier X2 and send the file back to you (I have done this before for others).
