How to change Fence Panels

Hi,

Having just upgraded from Pro 9 to Pro 12 I attempted to try Article number 992 (how to create a dog kennel) but I am unable to access the architectural library when i select library in the room dialog, to change the materials for the panels. All that i can get is the materials library, no other core library and as the materials library does not contain the fences and railings needed to change the materials for the panel into chain link. I am some what confused as to what is happening as when the standard library browser is selected all core librarys are listed and accessable, but not in the select library object in the room specification dialog. Hence I cannot change the panel type materials into chain link.

What am I doing wrong.

Changing the MATERIALS for a segment of fencing is not the same as changing the actual PANELS for the fence.
