Floor framing plans
I have not used Home Designer Software yet but am very impressed by what it can do. I need to be able to create plans to submit to the counties for permits also. Can I create floor framing plans that include structural beams and load bearing points, joist size and span? Thanks.

Only with Home Designer Pro can you do what you want. Plus keep in mind that the software does absolutely nothing by itself, it will do only what you, by reason of study and practice guide it to do.
