Creating a "data or signature box" with HD Pro

Is there a method to create a "signature box" (Name, Project Name, Scale, etc.) easily in HD Pro 7.

Just got my new software and starting my first drawing.

    Thanks

I'm wondering about an "automatic" or user constructed informational box that one sees on the bottom right of most drawings (sorry, forgot what the technical name is). You know the box that contains the project name or number, scale information, initial box, date, etc. Sorry, can remember what that box is called, I getting old.

I'd like to make one standard box and save it so I can just import it to my drawings.

    Thanks

PRO has a layout option that you can use to set up a sheet. You can save that sheet and then use it for future projects. To create a layout simply click file>New Layout. Set the sheet size and create a border with your information. Once this is created save a copy of it.

To send a plan to a layout sheet open the layout and plan and with the plan window selected choose File> Send to Layout. Choose the scale you want shown and it will send it to the layout sheet at that scale.

You can send multiple copies of the plan to a single layout sheet or to other layout sheets with various layers turned on and off to create different plan sets, (electrical, framing, etc)
