Elevations
I am using HomeDesigner 2014. I need to have front, side, and back elevations for Building Permits. Using the photo tool is not what I need. I need line drawings that have some dimensions (I could add those manually if necessary) but not "photos". Can I get these elevations with my current program? Do I need to upgrade and if so to what? Do I need another program? Can I make front elevations manually?

Home Designer Pro is what you need, upgrade to that please.
