Weird message

During the last couple of day, just before the programme is launched a window pops up with this question: "Do you want to associate plan and library files with this program?"
I answer no, but I'm not sure what it means. Any ideas? Please help.

That's a Windows message. Plans and layouts are typically associated with Home Designer so if you just double click on the file, it will launch the software. Click Yes next time and you won't see it again.
