Restoring Edit Toolbar

When selecting an object the Edit toolbar pops up, I closed it out and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get it back when selecting objects. Any tips?

I have this problem, and like a previous problem of copying a building, the menu item it says to use does not exist. Here is the screen shot. What's going on here???
