I checked out the tutorial. It all looks great. Some very minor changes I will try to make, but if I can't make them, it won't make or break me. And yes, there is a saddle roof in that valley, haha, good call. I also sent you a link via email this afternoon, maybe that will allow you to make changes to the public folder on skydrive. Thanks for all your hard work. I can tell you enjoy this. Some day, I'm going to upgrade to pro, but for now, until I can justify it in my budget, I'm going to play with Architectural.

I tried to upload to your skydrive with negative results as before.

I hate that this is such a burden, sorry. I went to my skydrive account and sent a link to you via your email and had the 'Recipients can edit' checked. I don't know why it didn't work thru your email. A couple of other options... I have box.com and google drive, we could try one of those. I have dropbox, but it's full. The other option, can the .plan file be directly emailed to me? If so, you could send it to me via email. Sorry to be so difficult.
ThanksLast edited by cincyCNC; 05-20-2013 at 05:57 AM.

I got it, David, Thanks a million, it's been a long road to get it there. I just simply didn't have the software to do it I guess. Thanks again. It's great

I'd like to throw one more question about this plan at you. Since you have altered my roof to what I needed, will I be able to make any changes on this roof and keep those full gables along the sides of the house? Or will I lose them? In other words, if I'm thinking of adding an attached gazebo to a corner of the house, can I build a roof on that without jeopardizing the changes you've made?
ThanksTony

Within Architectural, if you rebuild roofs, the manual editing that I made in Premier will be lost with no way to repair that in Architectural. LIke I said before, your only real recourse is to upgrade to Home Designer Pro, then learn its manual roof tools to do and to have what you want.

Gotcha, I'll just build the feature without a roof until I upgrade. Thanks
