Is there a 64-bit version of the demo?
I downloaded the demo version of HDP, but found it was 32-bit. Is there a 64-bit demo version available? I understand they probably operate similarly, but I've heard that the 64-bit version is a bit faster.

No, by default all Home Designer titles are 32 bit. Chief Architect Premier comes in 32 and 64 bit versions,
