Hello,

Can someone please help me.
I just purchased Home Designer architectural.
I have downloaded core libraries, although there were issues with it coming up with errors. After I click retry it would continue from were it stopped. I download 2 gigs eventually. Took two days.
I don't know if the home server is slow or buggy but that was ridiculous.
Ok so now that its downloaded, if I click install core contents it does a search again and start to download with the target being just over 1 gig.
and its downloading "core trees and flowers"
That's not what I need.
I need kitchen appliances such as stoves and fridges. I desperately need it and its nowhere to be found, all I have is is " backdrops, materials, and Shapes"
Can someone please help.
May be its a download problem. Is there a zip file I can download separately.
Oh and I did try the fixes that were suggested in other posts about going to command promp and tcp setting.
I submitted 2 tickets already to support and no reply yet
